Jul 12, 2017 To see which apps are taking up the most CPU, open Activity Monitor, and choose “View All Processes.” Click on the top of the “% CPU” column to sort your processes by CPU usage. If an app that isn’t doing anything shows up at the top with a high percentage of CPU, it may be misbehaving.
